Great TiaraThis tiara is so beautiful! It sparkled and glistened all day at my wedding. I received many compliments. The only negative thing about it is there is no comb attatched. There is a hole on each side that you have to use to pin it to your head. It is a nice medium size also.

When I’m talking about crystal wedding tiaras I’m referring to a wedding tiara handcrafted from Swarovski or other types of crystal, not manufactured tiaras which contain rhinestones or diamantes.
So why choose crystal over diamante?
Diamante tiaras are mass produced and therefore cheap, often imported and widely available, for some they make the perfect choice especially if the budget is severely limited. But since they are machine produced there’s no option to amend the design for example changing the colour. So if you’ve seen a design you like but want to shorter, in different colours or in a child size, you’re stuck. This is where crystal tiaras have a massive advantage.
If you choose a crystal wedding tiara you will be able to add other crystal colours to your tiara so you can co-ordinate your bridal accessories with your wedding colours. For example when I created my own tiara I added fire opal crystals to match the orange of my bouquet. Another idea is incorporating the colour of the embroidery on your wedding dress into your wedding tiara.

Anyone use a "knockoff" swarovski tiara for wedding?
I just wondered if the knockoffs (that one can find on ebay for example) look as good as the swarovskis. I'm thinking that no one could tell the difference unless its in thier hands......right? If you used a non-swarovski tiara for your wedding/event,
No one will ever be able to tell unless it is either in their hand, you mention that it isn't real, or someone else is wearing a real one and they have the comparison...even then they would have to be side-by-side. A lot of my brides have worn "knockoffs"

Sally Joan Leslie (formerly of Greenfield, MA) and Gene Steven Zaleski (formerly of West Columbia, S.C.) were married recently on Friday, September 16, 2011, during a 3:00 pm Nuptial Mass at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, South Deerfield, MA. The Rev. Fr. Philippe Roux officiated. Rev. Fr. Jacek P. Mazur, cousin of the groom, of St. Mary of the Cataract in Niagara Falls, N.Y., was also in attendance.
The bride is the daughter of Marion J. Leslie of Orange, MA, and the late Wilfred A. Leslie, Sr. The bride is the granddaughter of the late Myrtle Hajewski, of Orange, MA, and the late Dr. and Mrs. Frank and Pearl Vaughan, of Albuquerque, N.M.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walenty and Aniela Zaleski, of West Columbia, S.C. (both formerly of Hyde Park, MA). The groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene and Tatiana Mazur, of Pembroke Pines, FL, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Walenty and Pelagia Zaleski, of Norwood, MA.
The day's festivities began with a 2:30 pm prelude concert featuring piano, violin, and cello, whereby Miss Leslie and her wedding party processed promptly at 3:00 pm to "O God Beyond All Praising".
