Timeless BeautyThis book is not as detailed as his first book, Makeup Makeovers, but more of a compliment. This book focuses specifically on the Bride and Bridesmaids to create that picture-perfect look of timeless beauty for that Special Day. Stunning photographs with classic and timeless looks. A great inspiration for the novice and advance makeup artist. Get both of his books if you can afford to but if you have to choose one or the other, his first book is the best!
Disappointed
I have the author's book Makeup Makeovers, which I did like very much. However, this book is pretty much a rerun of the first. I did not learn anything new. Pictures are the same. And there are no pictures or discussion of the challenges of the mother of the bride, grandmother of the bride age group. I did learn if the bride's hair is up, the attendants hair should be down and to have the bride's lipstick in the groom's pocket. Those tips were not worth the price of the book. Buy one or the other, but you sure do not need both. I should have tried the library first.
Perfect for my wedding!
I decided to do my own makeup for my wedding. My wedding pictures turned out great. My bridesmaids and I looked wonderful! The step by step instructions were easy and a lot of it applies to everyday makeup. The photographs in the book are beautiful as well. I am able to translate that to everyday looks and that makes it useful after the wedding.

I am totally in love with Bare Escentuals. I've had bad acne in the past and still have some minor scarring left. I've used all sorts foundations to cover it up and they all end up looking heavy, shifting or smudging. Not to mention all the breakouts

Divorced NYC man suing over wedding pics speaks
It may come across as an extreme case of nuptial nostalgia: A now-divorced man saying a photography studio should pay to recreate his wedding to make up for what he considers flawed pictures and video.
But after being branded a "groomzilla," Todd Remis said Tuesday his now-notorious lawsuit is about holding a business to a pledge, not holding onto a broken marriage.
"It was their failure to deliver after a promise and a handshake" agreement to retouch the photos, Remis said in a statement provided to The Associated Press. "How could a business treat a customer this way?"
It was his first public response to a flurry of acidic commentary on the case in recent months.
While suits over wedding photographs aren't unusual, what set Remis' case apart is his mention of wanting to reconstitute the ceremony and celebration of a bygone union. He said during sworn questioning this summer that the two began divorce proceedings in 2008. The split was final in 2010, and he said he believed his ex-wife had moved back to her native Latvia.
