As gay marriages start today, local wedding vendors are eager to cash in
TODAY'S WEDDINGS Town Hall in Greenburgh will be open from noon to 2 p.m. today for couples who want to obtain a marriage license. Judges will be on hand to determine eligibility for waivers of the typical 24-hour waiting period. Marriage officers also will be there to perform ceremonies. Those seeking to be married need not be residents of Greenburgh. Residents of other communities are welcome.
