Excellent Customer Service and Care !We are pleased with this Titanium Mens Ring, the ring looks high end and is finished very nice. We had checked the prices in our local Jewelery stores and the prices started at $265.00 and up. Durability is important to us, my husband is a Heavy Equipment Mechanic and he also works on the family farm. We were looking for a ring, that is durable and would protect his finger if crushed. We would highly recommend this ring, for the price! We had a problem with the finish on this ring, wearing prematurely. I shared my concerns on Amazon.com and New Wedding Rings Customer Service called me! The customer service wanted to ensure that I was totally satisified and have agreed to send a replacement ring.

This ring was great out of the box after a week of wearing it all the gold color rubbed off and now looks terrible

Very happy with the quality of this ring. Looks rich, but the price is more than reasonable. Ordered it to replace a wedding band that did not fit anymore.
